Product Returns
All returns must be authorized within 15 days of
receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
and are accepted provided that the item(s) are received in their original unopened
sealed packaging.
Non-stock items, special orders and customized items are non-returnable. Any
discrepencies must
be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Acceptance of any damaged
freight becomes the
responsibility of the customer. Therefore, any freight claims must be made by
the customer to the
freight company with no interuption of payment to uniPower LLC.
